A pest control company in Johannesburg is looking for a Sales Manager

Main job function

• The Sales Manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the company by developing and implementing sales strategies
• Effective planning, budgeting and execution of the sales process
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients
• Manage and motivate the sales team

Requirements

• Grade 12 – Matric
• A degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing Management or similar
• Must have at least 3- 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a pest control company
• Must have at least 5 years’ sales experience in pest control
• Competent computer skills: MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales targets
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand ideal customers and how they relate to the company’s products.
