LessonWise is an all-in-one interactive platform designed to scale the access to affordable private education through live group lessons. The platform offers an integrated environment that facilitates the arranging and conducting of live online lessons, and helps users handle all aspects related to the tutoring activity including a scalable virtual classroom capable of hosting over 100 participants, assessment and task generation tools, rapid automated payment processing, communication channels, and a marketplace for users to post and advertise their offerings.
Since inception, the company has seen first-hand the profound benefits that tutoring can offer students in helping them enhance their learning experience and unlock their potential; whilst helping tutors sharpen their skills and further their career. It is therefore the company’s mission to expand its reach and effectively deliver on the promise of bringing private tuition to the masses.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, purpose driven, and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive who shares our values and who recognises the importance of accessing education, and who can help us grow LessonWise to become a key player in the global online tutoring space.

• Call inbound leads with the goal of securing tuition arrangements as quickly as possible following a tuition enquiry submission.
• Maintain regular check-in communication with onboarded parents and students to ensure high retention rates. This must be handled with utmost attention to detail, empathy and care towards the customer.
• Cost-effectively increase the output speed and volume of SEO content on the LessonWise platform leveraging Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Cost-effectively increase the output speed and volume of ad creative and other assets for marketing campaigns leveraging Artificial Intelligence (or otherwise).
• Manage social media channels: post content following a strategically planned schedule, community management, marketing assets and ad creative production.
• Explore partnering with influencers to boost engagement and promote our offers.
• Managing and maintaining all inbound opportunities. Oversee and monitor the sales pipeline process in HubSpot (CRM) for every lead or opportunity with the utmost care and attention to detail up until closure. You will be supported by a sales representative.
• You will be responsible for launching new group course campaigns on the LessonWise platform with the view of hitting quarterly and yearly KPIs.
• Be up to date with trends and changes in the wider digital marketing landscape.
• Play a fundamental and key role in defining marketing strategy based on prospect acquisitions/objections/feedback with the goal of driving revenues and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintaining key customer relationships with our students and tutors by providing them with outstanding customer service. An in-depth knowledge of the platform, as well as all our offerings would be required.

• Have impeccable phone etiquette. Someone able to be empathetic and to cater to customers’ needs over the phone in a manner that increases conversions and customer retention.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the UK education system (experience in the tutoring space preferred).
• Have an innate passion for education, learning, and knowledge impartation.
• A highly motivated, versatile, resilient, and ambitious individual with a desire to work in a Marketing - Digital Customer Acquisition – Sales Development role.
• Willing to take on a lot of responsibilities and remain flexible/comfortable with an ever-changing, energetic work environment. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a willingness to get your hands dirty and get the job done is crucial.
• Organised, accountable and able to prioritise your work independently.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal (this is a vital requirement).
• Growth mindset — someone who is constantly curious and eager to learn, improve, and grow.
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM (some experience is preferred)
• Possess immense creative flair.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
