My Client based in the North of Johannesburg is seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their sales team. The candidate will Support the sales and marketing managers and Area Sales Executives in achieving sales targets and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate to fulfill the role should be a competent, mature and professional individual. Kindly note that this is a 6 month contract role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Arrange Travel and accommodation for ASE’s and Managers
• Ensure Travel vouchers are correct
• Review ASE’s expenses and ensure they are signed and submitted for payment timeously
• Submit Invoices for payment timeously
• Order marketing material for ASE’s and keep record of what is given out
• Co-ordination of company year-end functions, sales conferences, road shows, special events
• Maintain schedule tracking all expenditures associated with Sales & marketing spend within the department.
• Assist managers with ad-hoc requests as needed
• Immediately report any Product Quality Defect or Product Complaint to the Quality Assurance Department as per the latest internal SOP.
• Adhere to all internal requirements regarding product quality complaints.
• In the case of a Product Recall, inform Quality Assurance department immediately and assist where needed
• Immediately report any defects in the building, equipment or any other safety concern to the relevant manager.
• All activities to be carried out at all times with a customer centric approach – Customer comes first!
• Ensure adherence to all Statutory and legal requirements applicable to all activities within B. Braun and in South Africa

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric and a post Matric qualification - Diploma / Certificate in Marketing
• 2 years Sales and Marketing experience,
• Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Competent in Excel, word and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business English, both spoken and written.
