Sales Operations Manager (Telecommunications)

Urgently seeking a Sales Operations Manager with solid experience in the Telecommunications sector.

In this role, you will be tasked with providing live and accurate reporting, insights and analytics for informed decision-making through active tracking and monitoring of sales performance.

The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:
• A Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Project Management, or Sales Management (or related) is essential
• CSPO (Certified Product Owner) designation is highly desirable
• At least 4 - 6 years experience in a similar sales operations management role
• At least 3 years experience within the ICT/ISP services sector
• Extensive knowledge of the CRM Salesforce
• Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies and working with scrum teams to ensure deliverables and SLA’s are met and exceeded by the team.
• Must have proven track record in identifying, scoping, managing and executing dev projects, including user acceptance testing.
• Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Product ownership of sales CRM – including providing input and building the project roadmap, managing the scrum team, and managing the pipeline of initiatives for new PPM projects, change requests, process improvements and automation.
• Managing sales operations – including ensuring that Sales Support teams are enabled in the on-boarding of new customers, opportunity creation and facilitation to deals being closed as won
• Additionally, you will strategise on how to reduce lead times; identifying and removing barriers impacting SLAs for the above processes.
• Facilitating preparation of, and reviewing, all sales reports/ slide decks, data related to sales performance, churn, renewals and individual KAM performance/ productivity as well as dashboards – across sales segments.
• Ensure processes and practices are developed and implemented to build capability and promote efficiency
• People management – including performance management and appraisals, change management, as well as training, mentoring and coaching team members as and when required
