RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced SALES ORDER CLERK for an international concern - position based in the Pietermaritzburg area, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
English / Afrikaans speaking person.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3yrs+ previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
Person will be required to ensure excellent customer service from receipt of customer requirements through to receipt of product by the customer.
Preferably have a milling (or similar) environment background.
Competent administration skills.
Excellent telephone and business etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Liaison with customers on a regular basis concerning requirements, releases, etc.
Collaborate and schedule all daily production requirements.
Ensuring all delivery notes are accurate, by checking them daily.
Liaison with production planning regarding customer requirements, backorder status.
Scheduling of orders and liaising with customers in respect of delivery and/or possible problems.
Liaisons with production with regards to stock levels and required information by customers.
Liaison with bag depot and streamlining bulk orders for bagging.
Person must be able to work in a stressful working environment, deal with high call volumes from customers during and after office hours.
