Sales Representative at McNab's Energy
Permanent Position
Johannesburg, Gauteng.

McNab's is a fast growing FMCG company based in Parkwood, Johannesburg.
We sell natural releasing energy and calming supplements into supermarkets, pharmacies and petrol stations.

We are looking for a sales person with great selling and customer relations skills.
Someone that is used to overcoming objections and is motivated to achieve sales targets.
Someone that has sold to and understands the retail trade well and doesn't take No for an answer and is able to follow the company process.
This will not suit a field marketer that has not cold called and sold into new customers.

This role has a basic salary of R12000 - R15000 depending on experience, with a company car , cellphone allowance , petrol card and commission with a quarterly incentive structure and potential on-target earnings of R25000.

Responsibilities :
Achieve your monthly unit and sales target
In addition to sales , you will be responsible for deliveries, merchandising and building the brand in the trade via van sales.
You will be calling on Spar, PNP Franchise stores, Petrol stations and OK foods.
You will be calling on and selling to 15 - 18 stores a day with an established customer base and cold calling to find new business opportunities.

Requirements;
At least 3 years sales experience in selling FMCG products into franchise stores
Store management experience would be a big plus
Live in the area that is assigned to you and be able to spend time away from home on country trips
A team player , you will be joining an ambitious team that has ambitious goals
Computer literate and able to follow a trade marketing and distribution process
Proactive Self starter and self motivated with the ability and desire to deliver the end result.
