Sales Representative (Internal Sales)
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R 10 000, 00 Negotiable CTC (Benefits) + Commission (good earning potential)
Available: ASAP or October 2019

Minimum Requirements
Matric /Grade 12 / Equivalent/RPL (Recognition for Prior Learning)
MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales / call center environment
External sales experience in solar or lighting advantageous
Proven track record of success in processing sales enquiries
Above average technical competence with the ability to grasp technical concepts

Job Functions
Processing of customer enquiries, both telephonic and web requests for solar, lighting, audio-visual,
signal distribution and CCTV in order to obtain sales
Following up on customer quote requests from web and telephone
(solar, lighting, audio-visual, signal distribution and CCTV)
Able to complete all assigned tasks and duties
Identify and create sales opportunities
Provide response to quotation requests within 24 hours
Understand market trends and competitor activity within given sector
Ability to prepare and present quotes, explain credit terms and sales contracts for orders obtained
Cold call potential clients to introduce our company and offerings
Grow customer relationships and retain existing customer base
Attend relevant education courses to develop industry skills as required
Follow up with customers regularly where there are quotes pending
Meet or exceed set sales objectives
Prepare reports and complete required forms as mandated
Report on activity
