Sales Representative (Property/Facility Management)
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R 25k Negotiable + Petrol Card + Benefits + Commission (excellent earning potential)
Available: ASAP or October 2019

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative (Property/Facility Management) to service the whole of Gauteng

Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12/Equivalent
MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Must have own car and valid driver’s license
Must have own cell phone
3 – 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
3 – 5 years external experience (advantageous)
Experience in self-generating leads, with proven track record of success
Building and maintaining a sales pipeline and client base
Previous experience in renewable energy and lighting beneficial

Job Functions
Develop a pipeline and customer base within the PROPERTY / FACILITY MANAGEMENT SECTOR
Retain and grow existing base as directed
Travel throughout Gauteng or given area to solicit business and carry out assigned tasks and duties
Identify opportunities, create and present solutions as a value proposition
Follow up on quotations in an effort to write an order, or receive feedback to use in future quotations
Understand market trends and competitor activity within given sectors
Understanding the various rebate programs offered as well as offer project financing details
Ability to prepare and present quotes, explain credit terms and sales contracts for orders obtained
Cold call potential clients to introduce company and offerings
Grow customer relationships and retain existing customer base
Attend relevant education courses to develop industry skills as required
Follow up with leads daily through phone calls, site visits and networking events
Conduct site audits of buildings as required
Meet or exceed set sales objectives
Prepare reports and complete required forms as mandated
