Duties:

The Sales Representative is responsible for Presenting, Promoting and Selling products to existing and prospective clients.
Performing cost benefit and need analysis of existing and potential clients.
Establishing, Developing and Maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customer leads.
Achieve monthly set out sales target.
Merchandise stands and make sure product image is kept at 100% satisfaction.
Track sales in-store and report back.
Provide constant Customer Support.
Plan in-store promotions monthly with set out targets.
Give constant feedback to Store Manager.
Place orders on behalf of clients.
Work hand in hand with the Store Manager to set out targets and weekly schedules.
Report any issues to General Manager.
Monday morning report to the office to plan the weekly roster with the Head Office for store visits and previous week’s sales.
Uphold the brand and image of Motherland.
Conduct yourself in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
Manage any customer complaints.
Meeting with Company Visual Curator & Buyer
Meeting with our Visual Curator and assessing their work and set plans for corrections, if any.
Skills and Education

1. Matric

2. Sales and marketing diploma or similar or equivalent in experience
3. 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales
4. Good communicator
5. Own transport
6. Microsoft office experience
7. Must have an interest in sales as a career
8. Client interaction experience
9. Reports and feedback systems
10. Technologically advanced
