Qualification required:-
? Matric (Grade 12)
? Preference will be given to candidates willing to be relocated.
Skills and experience required:
? Valid Code 10 Drivers License + PDP (not negotiable)
? Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
? Sound working knowledge of Admin Systems, particularly the Computer System.
? Computer literate. (non-negotiable)
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work independently as a self- starter within the team.
? A minimum of two years tyre management experience.
? A minimum of two years mounting & demounting experience.
Core Purpose:
To provide a fully comprehensive service to meet customer requirements and deliver first in service standards via Service Level Agreements or individual instructions.

Key Performance Areas:
1. Attend customer sites / premises and deliver Service Level Agreements to fleets.
2. Complete all job cards / fleet inspections and associated paperwork to company standards on I-Pad (computer).
3. Manage the activities of the Van to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
4. New customers are constantly being identified and pursued to increase sales volumes
5. Develop business plans with reporting line Manager and meet agreed sales plan
6. Attend roadside breakdowns and work to H&S standards (day shift and/or night shift)
7. Maintain van (vehicle) and issued equipment to highest standard of care.
8. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
