We are currently seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Representative.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting group customers and key accounts, efficiently managing the order process, and administering the necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will excel at building and retaining existing relationships, possess a strong sales acumen, and be driven to achieve and exceed targets. This position offers a competitive base salary along with commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to group customers and key accounts to understand their needs and promote our products/services. Establish a strong and positive presence to foster lasting relationships.

Order Management: Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.

Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing goals.

Administrative Duties: Complete all administrative tasks related to sales orders and customer interactions. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Self-Driven: Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and managing time efficiently. Demonstrate initiative in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer locations.

Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in basic computer applications.
