Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to help drive our company’s growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, a proactive attitude, and a technical understanding of process equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Generate new leads and follow up on incoming inquiries to grow the customer base.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
3. Sales Execution:
• Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Assist in negotiations and help close deals.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies.
5. Market Awareness:
• Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Share insights with the team to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Formal qualification in Sales (required)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related tools
• Technical experience with process equipment is a strong advantage
• Logical problem-solving skills are essential
