We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator for a Renowned Company in Port Elizabeth.

Purpose of the Position:
To provide support to sales representatives and respond to queries of prospective and existing clients. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
The incumbent must be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. The position requires the ability to systematically organise and plan the calendar of external sales team members in line with the Group’s sales objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification
Computer literate – intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Support specialist/administration role within a corporate environment (experience within the financial services, insurance, medical or travel industries will be advantageous)
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
A Sales/Marketing qualification will be advantageous

Duties:
Scheduling appointments for Sales Representatives
Managing of Sales Representatives’ diaries as allocated to you by Management
Arrange appointments for SR with prospective clients (Cold –calling)
Arrange appointments for SR with existing clients
General Administrative Support
Incoming calls and queries
Special projects

Salary is market related & highly negotiable
