The successful candidate will develop and manage a team of agents as they contact warm and cold leads to market our Debt Review service. The position ultimately entails securing sales targets and holistically guiding the team to better the business as a whole.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and leading a team of sales agents
• Optimizing sales and conversions
• Deliver success against KPI targets through effective management of team members
• Create a positive learning environment that empowers and develops agents
• Daily coaching, mentoring and managing objections
• Managing agent compliance in line with best industry practice
• Strategising and implementing sales strategies in order to grow client pipeline
• HR administration and performance management
• Conducting team meetings
• Data/ lead management

Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Marketing/ Sales related qualification (advantageous)
• A min. 2 years' proven sales experience (essential)
• A min. 2 years' proven experience leading a sales team (essential)
• An understanding of lead management and data performance (essential)
• Intermediate Excel skills (essential)
• Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
• Ability to manage agent compliance in line with best industry practices
• Ability to manage performance and develop agents into sales soldiers
• Ability to deal with conflict and resolve internal staffing issues
• Ability and drive to work in a highly pressured sales environment
