A leader in Value Added Insurance products is looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the team.

In this role, you will manage a team of 12-15 agents in an Outbound Campaign environment, to meet defined targets.

We are looking for an all-round leader who has 3+ years experience in a Team Leader or manager role in an insurance sales environment.

Ideally you have experience in the daily operational staff management aspects, including performance discussions, tracking targets vs performance, call auditing and coaching and provide overall motivation and encourage development of your team.

You will also have a full FAIS qualification and have completed and passed your RE5 or RE1 exam.
