We are looking for a sample machinist who specializes in both dresses and home ware pieces. The ideal candidate must have a successful background in making dresses, cushions, curtains etc. They should be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
Sew high-quality dresses and home ware pieces
Work with various fabrics and materials
Meet production deadlines

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing company
Must be able to complete a full garment with pattern given
Strong skills in garment construction and alterations
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work under pressure
Must be fluent in Afrikaans
Familiarity with garment finishing techniques (e.g., hemming, binding, piping etc.)

Other Qualifications:
Must reside in Maitland or surrounding areas
