Sandton, Johannesburg: JUNIOR CONVEYANCING ATTORNEY (ADMITTED CONVEYANCER)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable B-BBEE (black) individual
-Strong and professional English proficiency
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as a Conveyancer a must
-Admitted as a Notary preferred
-Minimum 1 year post admission Conveyancer experience
-Computer literate in Conveyancing software (preferably E4 and Lexis)
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start immediately
Duties:
-Full Conveyancer duties
-Handling of Sectional Title Transfers and Bond Registration
-Opening of Sectional Title Registers
-Liaison with banks and clients
Salary: Market related with incentives
(Junior level, up to R 25 000 gross maximum – depending on post admission experience)
