Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 year SAP CRM experience (functional analysis, implementation and configuration experience ) on medium to high profile projects or tasks- essential
• Exposure to a customer service environment
• Experience in a retail/manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Middleware, SAP PI and integration with non-SAP systems
