This Global Company is urgently in search of a SAP HR Analyst to be based in Vereeniging.
This role will entail being responsible for specific SAP and other applicable applications in the Manage People & Training domain including supporting utilities, related systems and Cross module integration and support.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant B Degree or an equivalent NQF6 qualification preferred
• 3 years relevant experience in the specific HR Business Process Environment
• 4 to 6 years relevant experience in the SAP ERP environment with specific reference to the SAP HR / HCM module
• SAP configuration and Implementation experience
• Payroll Schema and Rules configuration and implementation skills
• Business knowledge, specifically HR processes
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Networking skills
