NSF is a leader in third party food safety certification audits in the South African food and agriculture sector. The Africa head-office is based in Stellenbosch. We would like to expand our team with the appointment a Scheduler to act as primary point of contact for customers and auditors regarding scheduling of all auditing activities for the Agricultural team.

Job Description:

• Select auditors and schedule audits based on auditor qualifications and client requirements.
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization of auditors and trips.
• Act as primary customer contact for questions regarding, but not limited to, audit dates, standards, processes and evaluations.
• Act as primary contact for auditors regarding audit schedules and customer specific requirements.
• Handle all internal/external customer concerns regarding the business unit's audits and services.
• Communicate any customer special needs, requests, requirements or deadlines to auditors to assure customer needs are understood and will be met by each auditor.
• Coordinate shadow and witness field training audit activities for auditors as well as annual calibration audits.
• Key account responsibility for ensuring proper scheduling.
• When appropriate, during customer communication, introduce services and programs to existing customer base and prospects to further expand business.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three (2) years of relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail. organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in business management/administration.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project management, preferably in a technical field.
