An Accounting/Audit firm are currently looking for a female Receptionist/ Secretary in their office. She must be extremely proficient in Afrikaans and English.

Main Duties:
Reception and answering phones
Office Administration and filing
Handle all statutory registration requirements on behalf of clients
All statutory administrative tasks
Typing of documents
General office administration and filing.

Education and other requirements:
At least Matric
Relevant experience in a similar role
Experience with all statutory registration requirements
Self-motivated
Well presented
Friendly and good communication skills
Strong admin skills
Organised
