Secretary - Grahamstown

Administrative duties
? Order stationery for the department following the process and procedure and ensure that all necessary stationery is readily available;
? Collate and distribute documents; and
? Prepare and handle confidential documentation.
Key Knowledge and skills:
? Attention to detail / detail focused.
? Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
? Ability to work accurately and timeously within a pressurised environment.
? Ability to function with minimum supervision.
? Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting package).
? Report writing skills.
? Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the relevant departments.
? Good organisational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
? Preferably a Secretarial Diploma.
? Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary / PA.
Salary : R10 000.00
