R55-65 000 CTC per month depending on exprience

This senior position reports directly to the Executive Manager Operations and required effective management of security protocols and procedures to ensure the contractual obligations to clients are achieved effectively and cost efficiently. This is a succession planning position and the successful candidate will need to be able to grow up the Organisational Chart.

Requirements:
• Matric plus relevant tertiary education
• 5 years Operations Management experience ESSENTIAL
• PSIRA registered
• Experience of multi-site management
• Driver’s Licence
• Firearm Licence
• Familiar with OSH ACT
• Aged between 35 – 45
• Must be able to handle high stress and available for call outs
• High Level of Computer/Technology ability
• High Energy Levels

Responsibilities:
o Management of all Control Room functions and the implementation, compliance and enforcement of all security regulations, and the safe, efficient and competent operation of all aspects of the control room in terms of client SLA’s and security protocol
Effective Management of the Control Room Performance
o Effective Management of Staff within the Intelligence Centre
o Intelligence Analysis
o Management of Risk Process and Compliance on Client Sites
