Security Investigations Superintendent:

Requirements:

? Qualification in Security Management or Law Enforcement
? Registered with PSIRA
? 5-10 Years experience as a Senior Investigator within the Mining Security Environment
? Have a proven track record in the investigation of the various criminal threats facing the mining industry including white collar crime, precious metals, non-ferrous metals and property related cases

Responsibilities:

? Developing action plans and managing investigative resources to ensure an effective investigative response
? Giving effect to the full case management principles inherent in investigative work, from initiation, investigation, prosecution, recommending remedial action and close out
? Providing detailed high level investigation and information updates and reports
? Planning, leading, organising and controlling direct reports as well as seconded security operations personnel, external forensic experts and co-sourced investigative business partners
? Ensuring information driven investigative responses within the ambit of the law, to address identified security threats to the company and integrity of the security endeavours
? Managing the collection, collation, analysis of crime and security information with which to effect an operational or investigative response, including special project driven investigations
? Administrating the operational and governance processes pertaining to investigative responses
