Security Technology Sales Representative
Area: Johannesburg and Cape Town
Company which designs, manufactures, develops and provides smart technology for the physical security industry is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a strong Physical Security Services Industry background and network to join their team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers in the security services industry and should ideally have extensive knowledge of the Intrusion Detection technology market.
As a Sales Representative you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships in the physical security services industry.
Responsibilities:
? Generating new clients and maintaining client relationships:
? Generate new business potential customer networks
? Develop positive relationships with clients and prospective clients
? Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
? Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
? Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
? Report on the status of accounts and transactions
? Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Monthly and quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
? Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
? 3 to 5 Years Relevant Experience in security industry
? Relevant Qualifications will be beneficial
? Must be able to work under pressure
? Detail Orientated
? Own Vehicle
Package:
? Basic Salary: Between R17 000 – R20 000 depending on experience
