Our Global B2B SaaS client with a Local footprint in Gauteng who focusses on Governance, Risk, Compliance and Security, has an opportunity for you to become part of this fast-growing organization by joining the International Data Team in Johannesburg. Whilst you will own the quality assurance process of their Data Engineering and Platform you will also play a key part in focusing on stable, high quality data pipelines by combining manual and automated QA strategies in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Tech-Stack:
Languages / Frameworks: Python, Pytest
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake
Testing and QA Tools: PyTest, Postman
Cloud / Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS), Docker, GitHub Actions
Data Pipeline: Apache Airflow, AWS Glue
Other Tools: Jura, Confluence, Slack, Notion

Responsibilities:
Design, maintain and execute automated test cases
Develop and maintain automated test suites using PyTest
Develop and run load tests.
Track and report test results, bugs and QA Metrics.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers and QA Engineers

Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Automation QA
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with PyTest
• 2+ Years of experience with API Testing
• 2+ years of experience working with databases (Relational / NoSQL)
• QA Methodologies, testing techniques and test management tools (XRay, TestRail, Zephyr).
• AWS / GCP services will be an added advantage
• Qualification: Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
