Our Client, a SANAS accredited B-BBEE Verification Agency in Durban is seeking an experienced Senior B-BBEE Verification Analyst to join the Verification team.

Ideal Candidate Should:

• Have a Matric
• Have a BCom (or equivalent) or relevant qualification with 2-3 years commercial experience
• Have an MDP qualification (Preferable)
• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle as travel is involved
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) at high executive level
• Display excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Be able to work under a documented management system
• Possess good computer skills (Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Have good presentation skills, i.e. be able to conduct kick-off and report-back meetings
• Have excellent verification/auditing skills and understanding of audit concepts
• Be able to cope under pressure and meet deadlines
• Display good interpersonal skills
• Be analytical and able to analyse information accurately
• Be mature and able to handle conflict
• Have a basic understanding of company law
• Be professional with a good work ethic
• Have a good understanding of accounting systems
• Be able to complete verification audits in accordance with documented systems and procedures
• Have the ability to plan and prepare verifications
• Have prior experience conducting onsite inspections
• Be able to upload and prepare preliminary scorecard for verification and accurately verify data
• Be able to clearly communicate requirements and outcomes to client
• Be able to clearly communicate deadlines to the Manager/TS
• Have the ability to finalise scorecard
• Ensure all relevant records stored in correct electronic folders and on file where appropriate
• Be able to summarize data for review by Verification Manager
• Liaise between VM and client until certification satisfactorily completed

Salary is between R15k & R18k dependent on knowledge and experience
