Senior Bookkeeper with relevant financial qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience in the full accounting function to Balance Sheet, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:
• Financial Diploma or Degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Bookkeeping position essential
• Payroll experience on VIP essential
• Experience with all statutory returns required
• Knowledge of imports (documentation and payments) required
• Syspro experience essential
• Own transport required

Responsibilities:
• Full accounting cycle to Balance Sheet
• Journals
• Payroll on VIP
• Compile VAT returns/PAYE submissions and Payroll Administration
• Statutory returns on E-Filing and Easyfile
• Oversee Debtors and Creditors
• Cashflow Forecast
• Assist with Audits
• Online banking payments
• Balance petty cash
• Knowledge of imports – documentation and imports
• General office duties
• Update fixed asset register
• Maintain Company Systems & Procedures and ISO
