Senior Bookkeeper
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good general understanding of our business and values to be applied to day to day activities.

Duties include but may not be limited to:
? Overseeing and authorizing the effective payment for all creditors local and foreign payments, wages and salaries
? Monthly Reporting of the Key Performance Indicators for the department
? Implementation and managing of the accounts payable policy and procedures
? Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts
? General Ledger and Trial Balance control
? Monthly Recons provisions, adjustments, journals
? Checking and authorizing creditors payments
? All additions and revaluations on fixed assets and fixed asset control
? PAYE and VAT processing, payments and recons
? Supervising 5 staff members in finance department
? Foreign exchange and bank accounts
? Monitoring and balancing accounting reports and ageing
? Leading the team during internal and external accounting audits
? Check all financial processing have been completed and processed accurate
Minimum Requirements
? At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role as bookkeeper
? Experience with supervising other staff
? Experience with managing teams during external and internal audits.
? Great knowledge of the MS Office Suite
? Must be able to work long hours
