Pick Me Recruitment has exciting opportunities for Chef de Partie to join an award winning Restaurant based in Stellenbosch area.

The perfect candidates have experience in Hot and Cold section, have exceptional technical skill, extreme attention to detail, passionate and hard working.

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:

• A formal Culinary Education
• Previous experience in a sophisticated dining environment
• Experience in Hot and Cold Section
• Experience in basic kitchen admin and section orders
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, on all levels
• Great work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays

Remuneration: R9 000 - R11 500 CTC
Start Date: ASAP
