Built Environment experience essential
Architectural building Construction
A recognized Degree or National Diploma in the construction / Built environment essential
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in a project / construction management capacity on building projects with a minimum value of R 100 million is essential,
Experience in Civil Architectural & Interior Design Building+ Construction
Be professionally registered with the South African Council for the Project & Construction Management Professions is essential
(SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Project Manager essential
Needs to have a good technical knowledge and experience of the building design and construction industry;
Good management skills;
Good business development skills,
A good understanding and working experience gained of Built Environment forms of contract, e.g.: JBCC, GCC, NEC, FIDIC
Take ownership of project work streams
Manage successful projects that achieve the required criteria of time, cost and quality;
Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relations with colleagues, clients and other role-players;
Ability to motivate colleagues, provide advice, show leadership and inspire to better service delivery;
Ability to perform within a team
Computer proficiency in MS Office & MS Project (Or similar programming software) or willingness to learn
Proven communicative skills in English;
Travelling will be required
Must have a valid Code B driver’s licence.
