Senior CNC + VMC Setter - JHB
Matric/Grade 12
Certificate in CNC and VMC Setting Certificate ESSENTIAL
Certificate in Machining will be an added advantage
Must have At least 6-8 years’ solid strong experience gained as a Setter doing setting in a production working environment essential
Experience required in reading Engineering drawings
Must have experience in using and Reading Measuring equipment accurately
Must be fully computer literate
Must have experience in CNC and VMC Programming
More than 6 years’ experience setting and in management of Machine Controls to ensure production optimization.
Must have more than 6 years’ experience gained in Setting of CNC and VMC machine with 4th Axis and Fanuc controls is essential
Experience in tool maintenance on CNC and VMC machines
Must have experience in process inspection
Must have experience in ensuring first offs are passed and gauges are provided
Must have experience in ensuring that operators understand what is expected to manufacture a quality product in a specified time
Assist Foreman with reasonable tasks
Adhere to health and safety rules
Will be undergoing a 2 hours test to see skills in Setting of CNC and VMC Machines
Salary R15 000- R 20 000+ (Negotiable) gross per month + Overtime Pay +Benefits
