Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Commercial Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Oversee the preparation by Business Analyst of presentations to business partners, banks and investors
- Review financial models and business cases prepared to aid in making investments decisions
- When needed, attend meetings with CCO, CMO and CTO and act as a liaison between departments to identify opportunities for optimizing commercial relationships with partners
- Be involved in deal negotiation process including performing due diligence on potential partner companies
- Be involved in contract discussions with business partners, banks and investors
- Manage external and internal legal team to ensure that agreements are concluded

Requirements for this Senior Commercial Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Bachelor's degree in a field like accounting, finance, economics, business, statistics or similar
- 5 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, or in a similar role in a corporate
- Proven analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple teams
