A leading construction and investment firm is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in the Durban area.

You should have extensive experience with all areas of construction and be comfortable managing a large staff compliment, as well as the commercial side of construction.

Minimum Requirements:
• BSc/BEng/BTech in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Property
• Professionally Registered with the SACPCMP
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a Construction Manager on building projects
• Proficient in the use of MS Project, CCS and Buildsmart
