Matric / Grade 12
3-year qualification in Admin, Legal or secretarial
10 plus years’ experience in transfers
Must be able to work independently;
Subdivisions / Consolidations / sectional title register / Commercial- zero- rated transfers / Estate transfers / Standard residential transfers.
A bond experience will be a bonus.
