Senior Customer Service Agent – Johannesburg
Salary: R17-18K Per Month

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Customer Services Agent to be based in Meadowdale, Johannesburg, Gauteng to assist and support the Sales Team. This is a permanent position reporting to the Branch Manager.

Purpose of Position:

The Customer service agent will supply a support role to the sales team and process customers’ requests at a timely, professional and meticulous manner. Experience working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment essential. Team player, with accountable temperament and advanced clerical and computer skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12; Related Tertiary Certification
• 3 Years experience in a similar junior supervisory role, full ownership, efficient and self driven
• Own transport to Meadowdale
• Proven work experience in customer services
• Advanced Computer skills (processing, data capturing, reporting on spreadsheets and software)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Accountable as a team member, current staff supervision experience advantageous

Duties:

• Operational / Management - General Sales administration
• Order processing, Accurate reports, Accurate processing of orders
• Timeous turnaround time
• Financial / Management - Correct use of price file
• Accurate release dates of price lists
• Compliance + Risk Management
• Incorrect detailing of products and services
• Process Quality / procedures
• Comply with standard operating procedures
• Stakeholders - Customer queries, Customer feedback, Agencies
• People, leadership / Management, Inter-departmental relationships, Sales Department
