Job Description:

Recon intake at municipal market with load out documents
Prepare daily report for stock on hand at municipal markets including average pricing
Maintain municipal market schedule
Maintaining record of all quality issues and claims
Reconcile accounting system to Palbroker
Prepare daily stock on hand report at different locations
Capture financial data of each shipment
Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as requested by senior management.

Qualifications:

Grade 12
5 years Administration or Finance experience
3-year BCom degree
Paltrack (or similar software) experience will be advantageous
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail
Organisational skills
Accurate execution of tasks
