(Must be based in South Africa - Aligned to Australian hours IE 12:30 AM – 09:30 AM SA Time)
Duration: Long term Independent Contractor

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will provide creative input regarding marketing and promotional material including all electronic and online communications. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will oversee all company digital tools and platforms.

Requirements:
6 + years relevant experience
Relevant Marketing/ Digital Marketing qualification
Proven success designing and executing online/ digital communications strategies and campaigns
Excellent copy writing/ content creation skills
Excellent project management skills
Experience working with CRM software

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications campaigns with a focus on digital/ online channels
Oversee all company social media content, strategy and communications
Conduct marketing specific training; briefing team members on expectations/ SOPs in order to support a smooth marketing operation within the business
Lead creation of video and audio content to support the communications strategy
Create internal communication protocols and initiatives
Define key performance indicators for each communication channel and monitor the success of each campaign per channel
Create a strategy and manage all marketing initiatives for each event from pre-launch to post event feedback

The role requires progressive experience in strategic communication as well as demonstrated success with various marketing campaigns. This individual must have the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter and take initiative.
