Job Description

Design electrical and electronic building services
Compile specifications, contract and tender documents
Monitor all construction on site
Manage and plan all control projects
Prepare and submit tenders and bids
Manage AR and WIP
Maintain and ensure client satisfaction at all times
Ensure company QMS systems are adhered to at all times
Mentor and train junior staff members
Present the company’s profile to prospective clients
Manage revenue taking and various projects

Minimum Requirements

B.Eng / Bsc/ Btech in Electrical
PR Eng or PR Tech Eng
3 years post registration exp. In electrical and electronic building services
5 years’ design exp. In electrical and electronic building services
Proven construction monitoring and contract admin experience.
Valid drivers’ license
