8 - 12 years after qualification & Pr Eng in the transportation field Must have managed budgets, projects & people Modelling evaluation experience
Public /integrated Transport studies
Concept route alignment for major roads Traffic advisory services
Analysing Writing & Reporting Applying expertise & technology
Technical lead, project management, contractual & commercial responsibility for projects in a discipline, region or business unit Monitoring technical outputs of junior staff members
Provide– presenting paper, publish technical documents Lead and undertake technical reviews
Provide input into proposals for tenders, bids for project pipeline –
technical inputs, resources inputs
develop market intelligence- use this to win new proposal and bids Network with high level clients and independently win new work for the entire Transportation business
Train and mentor junior staff
Salary package R1.7- R 2 million plus- highly negotiable
