Process all monthly journals
Prepare final trial balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and that deadlines are met
Assist in the annual budget preparation for the relevant entities
Prepare budgets in conjunction with Financial Manager, CFO & partners
Ensure completeness and accuracy of audit files on time. –
Liaise with auditors on financial year-end audit and/or internal audit programmes
Ensure all returns are completed accurately and submitted timeously to the relevant institutions – VAT, PAYE, IT, BBBEE, WCA
Ensure TCCs and BBBEE certificates for all companies are valid and up to date and follow up with institutions where problems exist, ensuring this is resolved

Requirements:
BCom Accounting degree complete
Articles signed off
2-4 years’ experience in a commercial accounting role
Exposure to a group of entities or division
Experience on ERP System
Experience in managing a team
