Our company is seeking to employ a Senior Corporate Project Administrator from the FINTECH industry.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Mature person with at least 10 years or more experience in Projects Administration/Management who was proactive in managing the
different aspects of the FINTECH department (A – Z)
• The ideal candidate must have done the actual work on behalf of the HOD/Owner.
• Highly experienced in working with RESEARCH
• Highly experienced working with CREATIVE DESIGNER, WEB SITE DESIGNER etc – (basically the whole creative team)
• Qualification in Projects – advantage
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Highly proficient in presentations – not negotiable
• Highly proficient in English (business level) – read, write and speak
• Available immediately
• Assist the HOD in various business issues but not limited to e.g. RESEARCH, trademarks, licenses, MOU’s, trading documents etc.
• Must be able to take the lead and coordinate and consolidate information and meetings with various company- and departmental heads,
FUTURE PARTNERS/STAKEHOLDERS and Senior Management
• Follow up on tasks given and provide continuous feedback and report promptly via various communication channels e.g. WhatsApp,
• Project- administration and management (A – Z)
• Applicant must be presentable, well groomed, neat in appearance with excellent manners and corporate etiquette
• Deadline driven and be able to manage the workflow without supervision
• Be energetic, confident and open minded to make decisions
• Pro active, deadline driven, ability to think out of the box, able to identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail, multi task, manage stress and workload and a positive demeanour
