Role summary

The Senior HR Officer will be a key member of the wider Sanne Human Resources function which provides the full range of HR services to Sanne across all global jurisdictions. The role requires a HR generalist who is versatile and shows a strong attention to detail.

The role covers a wide range of activities including holding responsibility for on boarding new employees and HR administration, with recruitment activities and learning and development provisions.

Key responsibilities

The brief description outlined above will involve the following specific duties:
HR Operations
? Assist with the delivering of transactional HR administration services including contract production and change of terms;
? Support absence management processes (holidays, sickness, study leave and amendments) and assist with the maintenance of the HR Absence Management system;
? Maintain HR employee database updating information when required and
? Assist with the monitoring of employee probationary periods including confirming to permanent staff.
Compensation and Benefits
? Complete benefit enrolments and removals and support the management/co-ordination of benefit claims, advise on general queries and
? Support the selection and implementation of enhancements to the benefit suites across Sanne’s jurisdictions.
Recruitment
? Support the recruitment process which includes candidate management, supporting candidate screening, preparing recruitment packs and attending job fairs;
? Actively support the HR team with Graduate programmes;
? Responsibility for on boarding of new hires with the system set up of new employees on a weekly basis and
? Support all advertising initiatives including recruitment adverts and articles.
Learning and Development
? Support the trainee course bookings for professional training;
? Co-ordinate the completion of CPD training requests and
? Maintain the training calendar.
Other
? Support the HR team with projects as required and
? Dealing with general day-to-day queries.
