JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Drivers license / own reliable transport.
Competent computer skills.
Bachelor Social Science / Commerce Degree.
Human Resource Degree / Industrial Psychology qualification an added advantageous.
3-5 years human capital generalist experience in rendering business partnering / support to a business unit.
Thorough understanding of human resources and BU operations.
Hospital / healthcare environment experience a strong advantageous.
Knowledge of latest legislation, BCEA, EE, LRA, BBBEE, SDA employment legislation and market best practice.
Understanding equality and diversity
Knowledge of organizational development, succession planning and talent management.
Understanding job evaluation process, grading structures and links with reward.
Staff management.
