SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
POSTMASBURG AREA

Requirements:
- Your appointment would require a recognized tertiary-level qualification with at least five years post-qualification experience in a similar position as human resources -/ IR officer
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills and administrative skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license

The appointee will be primarily involved in the following:
- Human resources planning, *recruitment, selection and placements
- Managing and guidance regarding labour relations
- Industrial relations
- Maintaining and management of performance management system
- Managing employment equity program
- Development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge and proven experience of principles of human resource management, labour relations and applicable legislation, remuneration and employee benefits, job
evaluation and personnel administration.
