Our client is a leader in the IT infrastructure and service desk services industry internationally. They are currently recruiting for a Delivery Take-on Manager who will be based at their offices in Cape Town. This position will entail the management of the End to End delivery take-on process from pre-sales through to service acceptance. This will include specific technical, commercial & project management control and assistance to new customer implementations, new infrastructure implementations or service exits. The appointed person will be managing communication in totality in accordance with the Delivery Take-On methodologies and tools.

• Technical appreciation of IT Infrastructure
• Experience of working within Service desks and/or Infrastructure environment
• Sound service delivery methodology knowledge

• Good oral and written communication skills- reports, proposals
• Sound financial management skills
• Good presentation skills
• ITIL Foundation in Service Management

• Experience in management of enterprise class systems
• Experiencing in undertaking Due Diligence exercises
• Experience of Services Readiness testing
• Prince2 Certified
