A logistics company is currently looking to fill the role of Senior Learning & Development Manager in the logistics & warehousing sector.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Post graduate Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR or related field
• At least 8 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting L&D operations of a similar size organisation, with similar workforce requirements
• Good Warehousing & Distribution, Transport industry experience
• Intermediate to advanced Computer literacy
