Senior Legal Operations Manager / Attorney (High court - Insurance/Compliance Risk Legislation exp essential) - George, Garden Route. Rneg.

Minimum experience requirement:

Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of SA would be advantageous
Preference will be given to an individual who has worked in the financial sector
Minimum 15 years’ experience providing legal advice
Five to ten years of managerial experience
Core duties and responsibilities:

Co-ordinating and managing a team of senior experts in the fields of risk, compliance, products, conflict resolution and litigation
Meeting measured required outcome

This functionality requires:

Senior managerial experience
Experience in the insurance industry
In-depth knowledge of the financial sector legislation
In-depth knowledge of insurance legislation
Litigation experience
Compliance and/or risk management experience
Strong inter-personal skills
Strong administrative skills
