Our client requires the service of a Senior Management Accountant who will be responsible for providing guidance and input to a variety of operational, financial and project scenarios.

Key performance areas:

? Monitoring and analysis security expenditure (Opex + Capex)
? Analysis and monitoring of shrinkage
? Accurate and timeous financial execution, process refinements and general financial direction in a Loss Prevention and Security environment
? Reconciliations and Reporting Budget Management: forecasting, tracking and building costing viability/ROI models
? Contract Management: SLA/Warranty monitoring and reporting
? Work closely with a cross-functional team of stakeholders including Divisional Finance Managers who participate in decentralised structures in operations, projects, policies and procedures.
? Stakeholder and partnership management

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a B.Com Finance or equivalent qualification
? CIMA certified
? Must have 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the financial/retail/security industry areas with exposure to financial management and reporting, operational processes shrinkage and loss prevention, contractual service level agreements incorporating and managing performance based costing rewards and penalties
? Exposure to working in a multifaceted security and loss prevention environment within a group context in a national RSA and non-RSA capacity will be highly advantageous
? Exposure to and an understanding of Corporate, Retail, and/or Customer interfacing environment within a Loss Prevention/Security context in a similar position will be highly advantageous
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel Advance and experience working on accounting packages such as SAP, Pastel etc.)
? Exposure to Google (Gmail, sheets, docs, slides etc.) and or Microsoft/Office 365 will be highly advantageous
