To develop, implement, document and maintain effective and efficient functional policies, procedures and operational systems for the area / function. This includes areas in credit, collections, profitability, system fulfilment etc. functions. The role also requires incorporating process performance information to identify potential and/or actual problems, bottlenecks and opportunities for potential cost savings and managing an updated process repository that is well communicated and implemented by business. Change management - ensuring that all changes made within the respective functional areas follow the correct process of design, documentation, approval; implementation and post implementation review. Maintain uniformity in the change management process. Profit models; reconciliation of comparatives and new models. Financial models; financial reconciliation of published financials to models on a monthly basis. Design a replica engine to monitor the application processing system( Capri)Managing a team of analysts. Completing month on month reports that represent the health and deviations of compliance and governance within Credit

PREFERRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
• Relevant business degree ; professional qualifications advantageous (e.g. CPP (Certified Process Professional) / 6 Sigma/ CRISC)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to logically go about analysing complex processes in order to identify opportunities or risks from a credit point of view. Ability to co-ordinate and comprehend simultaneous processes within Credit
• Strong technical skills: Expert user of MS Visual Studio, Gitlab etc. Business acumen. Knowledge of Bank Governance, Compliance Policies and Procedures
